Mamelodi Sundowns star Siyanda Ndlovu has increased his earnings by R200,000 after delivering another impressive performance in the Carling Knockout Cup.

Ndlovu was named Man of the Match following Sundowns' 1-0 victory over Golden Arrows on Tuesday evening, a result that secured the Brazilians a place in the semi-finals of the competition.

The attacking star proved to be a constant threat to the Golden Arrows defence throughout the encounter. His movement, attacking contributions and determination made him one of the standout performers as Sundowns battled to secure the important victory.

His impressive display earned him a rating of 7.8 out of 10, reflecting the influence he had on the match.

The individual award also brought another financial reward for the Sundowns player. Ndlovu collected a R100,000 Man of the Match cheque, taking his total earnings from individual awards to R200,000 within the space of just one week.

This latest achievement highlights his growing influence and ability to deliver when his team needs him most.

For Sundowns, the victory was equally important as they continued their pursuit of another domestic trophy. The Tshwane giants will now turn their attention to the semi-finals as they look to maintain their momentum in the competition.

Ndlovu's recent performances will also be encouraging for the club, especially as the team prepares for the challenges ahead.
