Kaizer Chiefs supporters in Limpopo have been given an opportunity to secure their seats ahead of the club's Carling Knockout Cup quarter-final clash against Siwelele FC, with tickets now officially on sale for Sunday's encounter at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
The announcement is expected to excite Amakhosi fans in the province, who will have the chance to support their team in person as the Soweto giants continue their pursuit of silverware.
Chiefs are scheduled to face Siwelele on Sunday, 8 November 2026, with kick-off set for 15:00. Both sides will be determined to secure victory and book their place in the semi-finals.
According to the club, tickets can be purchased online through Open Tickets at a price of R100 each. Supporters have been encouraged to buy their tickets early to avoid missing out on the important fixture.
Hosting the match at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium gives Chiefs an opportunity to enjoy strong backing from their supporters in Polokwane and surrounding areas. Although the club usually attracts large crowds at FNB Stadium, Amakhosi have a significant fan base across South Africa.
For Limpopo supporters, Sunday's encounter presents an opportunity to show their loyalty and motivate the players during a crucial stage of the competition.
Chiefs Enter Quarter-Final with Confidence
Fernando Da Cruz's team will head into the match encouraged by their impressive performance in the previous round, where they defeated TS Galaxy 3-0 at FNB Stadium.
Wandile Duba was the standout performer, scoring all three goals to complete a hat-trick and send Chiefs through to the quarter-finals.
The result provided Amakhosi with a confidence boost as they continue their campaign to win a major trophy this season.
However, Siwelele FC will also be determined to cause an upset. The Bloemfontein-based side booked their place in the last eight after defeating Polokwane City in a penalty shootout.
Chiefs will therefore need to produce another disciplined performance if they hope to overcome their opponents and progress to the next round.
After experiencing disappointment in the MTN8 earlier in the season, Amakhosi will be eager to keep their Carling Knockout ambitions alive. Reaching the semi-finals would bring them one step closer to another opportunity to win silverware.
Da Cruz will expect his players to approach the encounter with focus, determination and discipline, knowing that a place in the last four is at stake.
Meanwhile, the club will be counting on its Limpopo supporters to turn out in large numbers and create a strong atmosphere at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Chiefs will be aiming to defeat Siwelele, secure a semi-final place and move closer to delivering a trophy to their supporters.
