Mandla Ncikazi Makes His Feelings Clear About Former Club Orlando Pirates

Golden Arrows head coach Mandla Ncikazi has made it clear that he has no intention of speaking negatively about Orlando Pirates, despite his departure from the Soweto giants.

The experienced coach has maintained a respectful relationship with his former employers, insisting that he has no responsibility to criticise the club or speak badly about people he previously worked with.

Ncikazi enjoyed an important period at Orlando Pirates, where he served as part of the technical team and worked alongside several experienced football figures. His time with the Buccaneers allowed him to experience the demands of coaching at one of South Africa's biggest football clubs.

However, after moving on from the Soweto giants, he has continued building his coaching career, with Golden Arrows providing him with another opportunity to demonstrate his abilities.

His latest comments reflect the respect he still has for Pirates and the people associated with the club.

Football often comes with disagreements, changes in management and difficult decisions, particularly when coaches move between teams. However, Ncikazi appears determined not to allow his professional journey to affect the relationship he has built with his former employers.

Orlando Pirates remain one of the most closely followed clubs in South African football, and comments from former coaches and players often attract considerable attention from supporters.

Ncikazi's position is that leaving a club does not mean he must become critical of it. Instead, he prefers to maintain a professional attitude and focus on his current responsibilities at Golden Arrows.

The coach now has the task of guiding Abafana Bes'thende as they continue competing in the Betway Premiership.

Golden Arrows will be hoping to produce consistent performances under his leadership, while Pirates continue pursuing their own ambitions across domestic and continental competitions.

For Ncikazi, the message is straightforward: his time at Orlando Pirates remains part of his football journey, and he has no reason to speak ill of a club that was once his employer.
