Orlando Pirates are enjoying an impressive spell of form after recording five consecutive victories across all competitions, underlining their growing confidence and determination under head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.

The Buccaneers have been particularly impressive during this period, scoring 13 goals while conceding just once in their last five matches. Their remarkable statistics highlight the team's attacking strength and defensive organisation as they continue to build momentum in an important stage of the season.

Pirates began their winning run with a convincing 3-0 victory over TS Galaxy, producing a commanding performance to collect maximum points. They subsequently travelled to face African Stars, where they secured a narrow but important 1-0 win in their continental campaign.

The Soweto giants then welcomed African Stars for the return encounter and delivered another outstanding performance, recording a comprehensive 4-0 victory. The result demonstrated their attacking quality and ability to dominate opponents, particularly on home soil.

Their impressive performances continued against Milford FC, with Ouaddou's men securing another comfortable 3-0 victory. That result provided an additional confidence boost ahead of their highly anticipated Soweto Derby against Kaizer Chiefs.

Pirates eventually completed their fifth consecutive victory by defeating their bitter rivals 2-1 in the Soweto Derby at FNB Stadium. The memorable result further strengthened their position and extended their impressive winning momentum.

Perhaps the most encouraging aspect of Pirates' recent performances has been their defensive discipline. Conceding only one goal and keeping four clean sheets across five matches demonstrates the balance the team is developing.

With domestic competitions and CAF Champions League commitments demanding their attention, Ouaddou will be eager to maintain these standards. The Buccaneers will now look to extend their winning streak as they pursue silverware this season.
