Orlando Pirates supporters have started discussing possible replacements for head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou, should the Moroccan manager leave the club in the future. Former Kaizer Chiefs coach Jabulani Arthur Zwane, popularly known as 10111, has emerged as one of the names being mentioned by fans.

Ouaddou has impressed since taking charge of the Soweto giants, winning the admiration of sections of the Pirates fan base through his coaching philosophy, ambition and approach to managing the team. Many supporters believe he has the potential to lead the Buccaneers to greater success in domestic competitions and on the continental stage.

Some fans are already hoping that the Moroccan tactician will remain at Orlando Pirates for several years, arguing that he has the qualities required to build a strong and competitive squad capable of challenging for major honours.

One supporter admitted that it would be difficult to imagine the club without Ouaddou, considering the positive impression he has made since his arrival. However, the same supporter acknowledged that football is unpredictable and that managerial departures can happen unexpectedly.

The discussion then turned towards possible successors, with Jabulani Zwane suggested as someone the club could consider if a coaching vacancy arises.

Zwane's experience in South African football and familiarity with the local coaching environment were highlighted as reasons why he could be an interesting candidate. Some supporters believe his understanding of the domestic game could be valuable if Pirates eventually decide to appoint a different coach.

Despite the growing discussion, there is no indication that Orlando Pirates are considering dismissing or replacing Ouaddou. The club has not made any announcement regarding a possible coaching change, while Zwane's name remains purely a suggestion from supporters.

For now, Ouaddou continues to lead the Buccaneers as they pursue their objectives in various competitions. Nevertheless, the conversation highlights the interest among Pirates supporters in the club's long-term technical leadership.
