"I Owe Them Nothing" Mandla Ncikazi Finally Breaks Silence on Bitter Orlando Pirates Exit

Mandla Ncikazi Refuses to Speak Negatively About Orlando Pirates Despite Leaving the Club

Golden Arrows head coach Mandla Ncikazi has made his position clear regarding his relationship with Orlando Pirates, insisting that he has no reason to speak negatively about the Soweto giants despite his departure from the club.

The experienced tactician, who previously worked as part of the Orlando Pirates technical team, has maintained a respectful attitude towards his former employers, making it clear that his time at the club remains an important chapter in his coaching career.

Ncikazi's comments underline his intention to avoid unnecessary controversy involving the Buccaneers. Rather than using his previous association with the Johannesburg-based side to criticise its management, technical team or players, the Golden Arrows coach has opted to maintain a professional relationship.

His position is particularly significant given the intense rivalry and passionate following surrounding South African football. Comments from former coaches and players about major clubs such as Pirates often attract considerable attention, especially when they involve disagreements or criticism.

However, Ncikazi appears determined to keep his professional relationships separate from the competition on the pitch.

Since taking charge of Golden Arrows, the coach has focused on building a competitive team capable of challenging established opponents in the Betway Premiership. The Durban-based club continues to play an important role in South African football, with a reputation for developing talented players and competing against the country's biggest teams.

Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates remain one of the most supported clubs in the country, with expectations remaining high following their ambitions in domestic and continental competitions.

Ncikazi's approach sends a clear message that leaving a football club does not necessarily mean ending professional relationships on bad terms. His priority is now Golden Arrows, while his history with Pirates remains something he appears comfortable respecting.
