Orlando Pirates have announced their starting line-up for their latest fixture, with coach Abdeslam Ouaddou making his selection as the Buccaneers look to deliver a strong performance.

Sipho Chaine gets the nod in goal, while the defensive department features Deano van Rooyen's teammate? No, the selected backline consists of Ndaba, Seema, captain Olisa Ndah's defensive partner Nkosinathi Sibisi and Deon Hotto.

In midfield, Ouaddou has selected Selepe, Thalente Mbatha and Mokobodi. The trio will be expected to provide balance, protect the defence and help Pirates control possession.

Hotto's inclusion also offers the Buccaneers an experienced option on the left, with his ability to contribute both defensively and going forward potentially important.

In attack, Moremi, Masilela and Mbuthuma have been selected to lead Pirates' goal threat. The attacking players will be expected to create opportunities, stretch the opposition defence and make the most of their chances.

The starting line-up also presents an opportunity for several players to make their mark as Pirates continue their campaign.

Ouaddou has also named a strong list of alternatives on the bench, giving him options to change the team's approach depending on how the match develops.

Dladla, Kgositsile, Padime, Zulu, Mthiyane, Lungu, Nkota, Evidence Makgopa and Oswin Appollis are available as substitutes.

Makgopa provides another centre-forward option, while Appollis offers additional attacking quality and the ability to influence the game from wide areas.

Nkota is another player who could provide fresh energy in the attacking department if called upon.

Pirates will be hoping their selected players can execute the coach's plans and produce the performance required to secure a positive result.
