EMRE BELOZOGLU has made his return to Fenerbahce following the club’s unsuccessful pursuit of Sergio Conceicao.
The prominent Turkish club has been led by former Liverpool star Dirk Kuyt since Ismail Kartal’s departure last month.
Belozoglu, now 46 years old, is most recognized in England for his three-year tenure at Newcastle from 2005 to 2008.
After leaving the Magpies, he went on to have multiple spells as a player at Fenerbahce.
The former midfielder transitioned to management after hanging up his boots in 2020.
He received acclaim during his brief tenure with Turkish Süper Lig team Kasimpasa.
