According to a report by BBC Sport on Saturday, November 7, 2026, Arda Guler delivered an outstanding performance as Real Madrid secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Valencia, with the Turkish international claiming the Man of the Match award following his impressive contribution.

The Real Madrid midfielder was among the most influential players on the pitch, showcasing his creativity, technical ability and attacking intelligence throughout the encounter. His performance played a significant role in helping the Spanish giants dominate their opponents and secure all three points.

Guler demonstrated his quality in the 36th minute when he doubled Madrid's advantage with a well-taken finish. The midfielder connected perfectly with an excellent cross before directing the ball into the bottom-right corner, leaving the Valencia goalkeeper with little opportunity to make a save. His goal came after Federico Valverde had opened the scoring for Carlo Ancelotti's side.

Beyond finding the back of the net, the Turkish star continued to cause problems for Valencia with his excellent passing and ability to create opportunities. He remained active after the break, particularly from set pieces, as Madrid continued searching for additional goals.

One of his notable contributions in the second half came when he delivered a dangerous opportunity for Dean Huijsen. The defender had a chance to increase Madrid's advantage with a close-range header, but he failed to keep his effort below the crossbar.

Guler continued to influence proceedings and produced another moment of brilliance in the 75th minute. The midfielder picked out Kylian Mbappe with a perfectly timed pass, allowing the French attacker to break through Valencia's defence. Mbappe showed his composure by lifting the ball over the advancing goalkeeper to make it 3-0.

His contribution to Madrid's attacking performance highlighted his growing importance to the team. From creating chances to scoring himself, Guler consistently demonstrated why he is regarded as one of the club's exciting attacking talents.

Although Valverde and Mbappe also found the net, Guler's overall display stood out because of his influence in different areas of the game. His goal, creativity and involvement in Madrid's third strike made him a deserving recipient of the Man of the Match award.

The victory represents another positive result for Real Madrid as they continue their campaign in the Spanish La Liga. Guler's impressive showing will also provide further encouragement to the club as they look to maintain their strong performances in the competition.
