Arsenal Set to Move for Two Highly Rated PL Stars With One on Man United Radar

According to a report by TEAMtalk on Thursday, November 5, 2026, Arsenal are monitoring two Bournemouth players as manager Mikel Arteta considers potential additions to strengthen his squad, while Manchester United are also keeping tabs on one of the Cherries' most impressive performers.

According to an exclusive report by journalist Graeme Bailey, Arsenal have been closely monitoring Bournemouth attacker Marcus Tavernier following his impressive performances this season. The 27 year old has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs, with Manchester United also assessing his situation ahead of a possible transfer.

Tavernier has scored six goals in 14 appearances across all competitions this season, establishing himself as one of Bournemouth's important attacking players. Although he primarily operates on the left wing, his versatility allows him to contribute in several different positions.

The former Middlesbrough player can operate across the forward line and in midfield, while his ability to play as a wing-back provides additional tactical flexibility.

Arsenal are understood to be assessing their attacking options as Arteta looks to strengthen the left side of his forward line. Tavernier's versatility, experience and current form have reportedly made him an attractive candidate for the north London club.

However, Manchester United could provide competition if they decide to formalise their interest. Newcastle United are also long term admirers of the Bournemouth attacker, while Tottenham Hotspur reportedly considered signing him during the summer transfer window.

Meanwhile, Tavernier is not the only Bournemouth player attracting Arsenal's attention. TEAMtalk reports that the Gunners are also admirers of teenage forward Eli Junior Kroupi, whose performances have impressed the club's recruitment department.

The north London side have been following the youngster's development as they continue searching for promising attacking talents who could strengthen their squad in the future.

Arsenal have also been monitoring Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, further demonstrating their growing interest in players at the south coast club.

The report suggests that the Gunners' recruitment team have been paying particular attention to Bournemouth's squad, with Tavernier emerging as another player who has attracted their interest.

Although no formal agreement or transfer has been reached, Arsenal's continued monitoring of these players suggests that Bournemouth could become an important source of potential reinforcements for Arteta in upcoming transfer windows.
