Kaizer Chiefs have officially opened ticket sales for their Carling Knockout Cup quarter-final encounter against Siwelele FC, sparking excitement among Amakhosi supporters in Limpopo ahead of Sunday's highly anticipated clash at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

The announcement has been warmly welcomed by Chiefs supporters, particularly those based in Limpopo, who will have an opportunity to watch their beloved team in action without travelling to Johannesburg. The match is scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2026, with kick-off set for 15:00.

According to the club's announcement, tickets are available online through Open Tickets at R100 each. Supporters have been encouraged to secure their tickets early as the Soweto giants prepare for an important encounter in their pursuit of silverware this season.

Chiefs will approach the quarter-final with renewed confidence following their impressive 3-0 victory over TS Galaxy in the previous round. Wandile Duba was the star of that encounter, scoring all three goals to guide Fernando Da Cruz's side into the last eight of the competition.

However, Siwelele FC will not be easy opponents. The Bloemfontein-based side booked their quarter-final place after overcoming Polokwane City in a dramatic penalty shootout, demonstrating their ability to compete under pressure.

For Da Cruz and his players, Sunday's encounter represents another opportunity to move closer to winning a major trophy after disappointment in the MTN8 earlier in the campaign. Reaching the semi-finals would provide an important boost to the club's ambitions.

The decision to stage the match in Polokwane also highlights Chiefs' extensive support across South Africa. Amakhosi will be hoping for a strong turnout as they look to transform the New Peter Mokaba Stadium into a sea of gold and black.

With a semi-final place at stake, Chiefs know they must deliver another convincing performance to keep their Carling Knockout ambitions alive.
