Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has sent a message of appreciation to the club’s supporters, acknowledging their continued loyalty and encouragement while urging them to remain behind the team as it works towards achieving its ambitions.

The Portuguese tactician understands the important role supporters play in motivating the players, particularly during challenging periods when results may not always go according to expectations. He has therefore called on the Sundowns faithful to maintain their confidence in the team and continue offering their support as the club seeks to regain its winning momentum.

Cardoso's message comes at a time when Mamelodi Sundowns are determined to strengthen their performances and remain competitive in their pursuit of major honours. The coach recognises that expectations at the club are always high, considering its history of success and the quality of players available.

He also appreciates the commitment shown by supporters who continue to follow the team, attend matches and stand behind the players regardless of the circumstances. Their encouragement remains an important source of motivation as the technical team works to address weaknesses and improve the squad's overall performance.

The Sundowns coach is hopeful that the relationship between the team and its supporters will remain strong throughout the campaign. He believes that unity, patience and collective determination will be essential as the club attempts to overcome its current challenges.

For Cardoso, winning trophies requires more than individual talent and tactical preparation. It also demands a strong connection between the players, coaching staff and supporters, with everyone working towards the same objective.

As Mamelodi Sundowns continue their campaign, the coach is counting on the fans to remain supportive and believe in the team's ability to deliver positive results. His message reflects his appreciation for their loyalty and his desire to see the club move forward together in pursuit of more silverware.
