Rulani Mokwena has reached an important milestone at Egyptian side Pyramids FC after matching an unbeaten record previously set by former managers Hossam Hassan and Ramon Diaz. The South African coach has now guided the team through 11 consecutive matches without defeat, demonstrating his ability to maintain consistency since taking charge of the club.

Although Mokwena has equalled the achievement of his predecessors, his overall performance during the unbeaten stretch is reportedly better than theirs. This distinction makes the accomplishment particularly noteworthy and highlights the progress he has made while managing the Egyptian outfit.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns manager has built his reputation around tactical awareness, attacking football and the ability to organise competitive teams. His latest achievement adds to his growing profile as a coach capable of delivering results in challenging football environments.

Remaining unbeaten across 11 consecutive fixtures requires discipline, preparation and effective teamwork. It also demands that a manager adjust his tactics according to different opponents and match situations. Mokwena's current run suggests that his approach is producing encouraging results at Pyramids FC.

His previous experience in African football, particularly during his time at Mamelodi Sundowns, has contributed to his development as a manager. At the South African club, he became known for his emphasis on possession, tactical structure and building a team capable of competing for major honours.

Since moving to Egypt, Mokwena has faced the task of adapting to a different football environment while establishing his ideas within the squad. His unbeaten run indicates that the team has responded positively to his methods.

The achievement could also strengthen confidence among the players as they pursue their objectives in the ongoing campaign. Sustaining positive results often helps improve team spirit and reinforces belief in the manager's tactical decisions.
