EPL Table After Arsenal Won 1:0, Tottenham Hotspur Lost 1:0 And Everton Won 3:1

According to a report by BBC Sport on Saturday, November 7, 2026, the Premier League table has witnessed some significant changes following Saturday’s fixtures, with Arsenal strengthening their position at the summit, Everton moving into the top five and Leeds United recording an important victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

Arsenal remain top of the standings with 27 points from 10 matches. Mikel Arteta’s side have enjoyed an impressive campaign, winning nine games and losing just once. Their latest success came against Hull City, where captain Martin Ødegaard scored the only goal of the encounter in the second half.

Manchester City occupy second place with 21 points from nine matches. Pep Guardiola’s team have a game in hand and will have an opportunity to reduce Arsenal’s six-point lead when they face Nottingham Forest later on Saturday.

Brighton and Hove Albion sit third with 19 points, while Chelsea occupy fourth position with 16 points. Both sides will be looking to maintain their places as the battle for Champions League qualification continues.

Everton have moved up to fifth place after reaching 16 points from 10 matches. David Moyes’ men strengthened their position with an impressive 3-1 victory over Coventry City, further boosting their hopes of securing European football next season.

Liverpool are sixth with 15 points, followed by Brentford in seventh place with 14 points. Leeds United have also climbed to eighth position, having collected 14 points after defeating Tottenham 1-0 at Elland Road. Noah Okafor scored the decisive goal to hand his team a valuable three points.

Bournemouth occupy ninth place with 12 points, while Tottenham have dropped to tenth with the same number of points following their disappointing defeat against Leeds.

Aston Villa are eleventh with 12 points, while Hull City sit twelfth with 11 points despite their narrow loss to Arsenal. Newcastle United and Ipswich Town occupy thirteenth and fourteenth positions respectively, with both clubs also having 11 points.

Fulham are fifteenth with nine points, while Coventry City have slipped to sixteenth place after their defeat against Everton, leaving them with the same number of points.

Manchester United remain seventeenth with seven points, level on points with Crystal Palace, who occupy eighteenth position. Nottingham Forest are nineteenth with six points, while Sunderland remain bottom of the table with five points.

Saturday’s results have further intensified the competition across the Premier League. Arsenal have maintained their advantage at the top, Everton have strengthened their position in the top five, and Leeds have gained valuable ground following their victory over Tottenham.

However, Manchester City’s outstanding fixture against Nottingham Forest could have a significant impact on the title race, as Guardiola’s side have an opportunity to move closer to Arsenal with a victory.
