Former champions Hasaacas Ladies will host Jonina Ladies at Kobby’s Astro Turf in Takoradi as the 2026/27 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League enters Matchday 2 this weekend.

Hasaacas began their campaign with a 2-1 victory over Army Ladies and will be hoping to maintain their winning start in their first home game of the season. Jonina, however, will be seeking a response after suffering a 2-0 home defeat to Police Ladies.

At the Alajo Astro Turf, Police Ladies will face Immigration Ladies in a service derby. Police head into the encounter with confidence following their opening-day victory, while Immigration will be desperate to recover from a 3-1 defeat to Ladystrikers.

Epiphany Warriors will welcome Army Ladies in another exciting fixture, with both sides searching for their first victory. Epiphany drew 1-1 with Samartex Ladies, while Army suffered a narrow defeat to Hasaacas.

Ladystrikers will host league newcomers Rootz Sistaz at the Jukwa Astro Turf on Saturday, October 31. The Cape Coast-based side will target consecutive victories after beating Immigration 3-1, while Rootz Sistaz seek their first win following a 1-1 draw with Oak Ladies.

Elsewhere, Oak Ladies will host Samartex Ladies at the Pobiman Sports Complex, with both teams aiming to secure their first victory after opening-day draws.
