Tottenham Hotspur defender, Andy Robertson, has equalled the highest count of matches in the Premier League for Scottish players following his involvement in the side’s match against Leeds United.
Robertson was named in the stating line-up by Spurs manager, Roberto De Zerbi, for the game, making the full back record 341 matches in the competition, moving him level with compatriot, and former Manchester United midfielder, Darren Fletcher as the leading appearance makers from the country.
The 32-year-old is a leader on the pile alongside Fletcher ahead Gary McAllister on 325, James McArthur, 323, Paul Telfer with 319, James Morrison, 311 and Paul Bardsley who has 303.
His spree dates back to his spell with Hull City and Liverpool where he won the title twice in 2019/2020 and 2024/25 seasons, racking 99 games for Hull, and 275 with The Kop.
In addition to his Saturday equal record breaking, the Premier League winner is also the Scottish highest assists maker on 62 and has 12 goals.
