Real Madrid Join Juventus, Chelsea And Manchester City in Tracking 17-year-old Ajax Teenager

According to a report by Madrid Universal on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, Real Madrid are monitoring Ajax teenager Abdellah Ouazane as they compete with Juventus, Chelsea and Manchester City for the signature of the highly rated Moroccan midfielder.

The 17-year-old has attracted increasing attention following his recent performances in the Netherlands, prompting several leading European clubs to keep a close eye on his development.

According to reports from Bernabeu Digital, Real Madrid are among the clubs tracking the youngster. However, the Spanish giants have not yet contacted either the player or his representatives regarding a potential transfer.

Ouazane had previously attracted interest from Real Madrid, and his recent performances appear to have brought him back onto the club’s radar. Despite growing interest from several sides, Ajax are reportedly relaxed about the situation because the midfielder’s contract runs until 2028.

The teenager has been making an impression within Ajax’s first-team setup, particularly with his recent contributions in front of goal. His performances have highlighted his potential and increased his profile among some of Europe’s biggest clubs.

Ouazane has scored three goals this season, including two in Ajax’s last three matches. His recent form has further strengthened his reputation as one of the promising young talents attracting attention across European football.

Real Madrid’s reported interest reflects their recruitment strategy of identifying talented youngsters before they establish themselves at the highest level. The club could view Ouazane as a player capable of making a significant contribution in the long term.

However, Madrid’s interest remains at the monitoring stage, with no negotiations reportedly underway. Juventus, Chelsea and Manchester City are also following the midfielder’s progress, although it remains uncertain whether any of the clubs are preparing to make a formal approach.

Ajax’s contractual advantage puts the Dutch club in a strong position to determine Ouazane’s future. With two years remaining on his current deal, any interested club would likely need to negotiate with Ajax to secure his services.

The midfielder’s performances in the coming months could intensify the competition for his signature, particularly if he continues to receive first-team opportunities and maintains his impressive scoring form.

For now, Ajax have given no indication that they are willing to part ways with their young midfielder. Real Madrid and their rivals will therefore continue monitoring his development before deciding whether to pursue a potential transfer.
