Juventus monitoring Ghana-eligible teenager Samuel Wiafe

Italian powerhouse Juventus are reportedly keeping a close watch on Ghana-eligible midfielder Samuel Wiafe following his impressive rise at Serie A side Genoa.

The highly-rated 18-year-old has emerged as one of the club's brightest young prospects, with his performances attracting the attention of the Bianconeri, who are keen to strengthen their ranks with top young talent.

Reports from Italy indicate that Juventus have been monitoring Wiafe's development in recent months as they assess the possibility of making a move for the promising midfielder. While no official bid has been submitted, the Turin giants are believed to be closely tracking his progress.

Juventus have made youth recruitment a key part of their long-term strategy, investing in some of the best emerging players across Europe and integrating them through their Next Gen setup before promoting them to the senior team.

Wiafe has caught the eye with his composure on the ball, passing range, tactical awareness and maturity beyond his years, earning recognition as one of Genoa's standout young midfielders.

A move to Juventus would represent a major step in the teenager's career, offering him the opportunity to continue his development at one of Italy's most successful and decorated clubs.

Eligible to represent both Ghana and Italy at international level, Wiafe remains a player of interest for both nations as they monitor his rapid development.

His emergence will also be welcomed by the Ghana Football Association, which continues to identify and recruit talented dual-nationality players capable of strengthening the Black Stars in the future.

Although Juventus' interest is still at the scouting stage, the continued attention from one of Europe's biggest clubs is a strong indication of Wiafe's growing reputation in Italian football.

Should his development continue on its current trajectory, the Ghana-eligible midfielder could soon find himself at the centre of one of Italy's most intriguing transfer stories.
