Ollie Holden and Matty Lay combined in the build-up before Lay crossed for Cole Griffin to bundle home his first goal for the club.
The Reds doubled their advantage minutes later when Stone were penalised for handball.
Holden stepped up from the spot and sent the goalkeeper the wrong way for his ninth goal of the season.
Alport survived a scare on 15 minutes when Bishton brought down Will Bailey just outside the penalty area.
The home side appealed for a red card, but the referee showed the Alport captain yellow.
Stone applied greater pressure after the break, with Alport dropping deeper at times.

Green produced a couple of important saves.
Holden then gave the visitors breathing room with his second of the afternoon, scoring from a free-kick which found the top-left corner and took his tally for the season into double figures.
However, Stone responded through Bailey, whose deflected effort wrong-footed Green to reduce the deficit to 3-1.

Alport's resources were stretched further when Adam Hailes, Alfie Gregory and Griffin were all forced off through injury.
The Reds nevertheless saw out the closing stages to secure all three points and extend their winning league run to four matches.
Alport are next due to travel to Uttoxeter Town in the second round of the Midland League Cup on Tuesday before a trip to Stockport Georgians next Saturday.
