Manchester United travel to Chelsea for a high voltage Premier League fixture that could well define the season for both sides, and we have live coverage of the game right here on ESPN.

United boss Michael Carrick is hanging on by the thinnest of threads after the club's worst start in 40 years sees them languishing in 16th with just one win in eight league games and growing discontent within the dressing room. A decent performance, and result, here could stem the tide of negativity and propel United along on a good run of results but Stamford Bridge is not a place United usually like visiting.

Chelsea, meanwhile, are fifth but are an inconsistent bunch oscillating between quite good or really bad with very little in between. They have a leaky defence and an exciting attack (which is now hamstrung by João Pedro's injury) but Xabi Alonso will be craving consistency in his team's performances and results. A win against a United side in the doldrums would be non-negotiable for that.
