This comes after Rangers secured a spot in the Premier Sports Cup final, defeating Aberdeen at Hampden.

Ryan Naderi's decisive goal came after a series of opportunities, which Raskin believes were justified by the team's "character" in the second half.

Raskin said: "Feels good. I think the team showed a lot of character in the second half to go and get the goal that we deserved."

He expressed satisfaction with the victory, crediting Aberdeen's goalkeeper for his numerous saves.

Raskin also praised the partnership between Naderi and Kevin Kelsy, but said the team could be more potent with Lawrence Shankland and Youssef Chermiti's return.

"It’s top," he said. "Just imagine if we could have Shanks and Youssef fit; that would be some power up there.

"It’s just a matter of time before we get everyone back and we can go full force."

Rangers are on an 11-game unbeaten streak, which Raskin is keen to extend. He said: "I know we dropped a couple of points recently, but we are 11 games unbeaten.

"It’s about enjoying the moment. There are always tough times during the season, but right now we are in a good period.

"We just need to carry on and keep trying to win every game."

He also expressed eagerness to return to Hampden for the final: "We want to come back and win the cup."
