The Chicago Bears had the first major mistake of the game when tight end Colston Loveland lost a fumble on third down, giving the Seattle Seahawks the ball with only 25 yards to go to the end zone.
Seattle took advantage of the short field. After a penalty nullified an interception from Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold, he found Cooper Kupp in the end zone for a touchdown. Tory Horton had an amazing toe-tap in the back of the end zone to make it 20-17 with Chicago still on top.
Here is a look at Kupp’s touchdown and Horton’s two-point conversion, courtesy of the NFL’s official social media:
It was Kupp’s second touchdown of the season and his first since Seattle’s Week 3 loss against the Washington Commanders. Chicago had scored 13 unanswered points before the touchdown. With most of the fourth quarter left, it is still anyone’s game.
