Luis Enrique Makes PSG History! Spanish Manager Becomes Club’s All-Time Winning Coach With 127 Victories
Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has reached another historic milestone after becoming the most successful coach in the French club’s history in terms of victories.
The Spanish tactician achieved the record following PSG’s impressive 5-1 victory over Le Havre in Ligue 1 on Friday, 30 October 2026. The result took his total number of wins to 127 in 188 matches across all competitions since taking charge in July 2023.
It is a remarkable achievement for a manager who has transformed PSG into one of the most formidable teams in European football. Enrique has now moved ahead of former PSG coach Laurent Blanc, who previously held the record with 126 victories in 173 matches.
The milestone further strengthens Enrique’s position as one of the most influential figures in the club’s modern history.
According to PSG’s official statistics, Enrique has recorded 127 victories, 34 draws and 27 defeats in his 188 matches in charge.
That gives him an impressive win rate of approximately 67.6%, alongside an average of 2.21 points per match.
His teams have also scored 457 goals during his tenure, averaging approximately 2.4 goals per game. Those numbers reflect the attacking identity and competitive consistency that have become important features of his PSG project.
Although Laurent Blanc previously achieved a higher win percentage, Enrique has now surpassed him in the overall number of victories, establishing himself as the outright record holder.
Enrique’s influence at PSG goes beyond statistics. Since arriving in Paris, he has overseen a period of major success, including the club’s historic first UEFA Champions League triumph in 2025.
He subsequently guided the French giants to another Champions League title in 2026, making PSG European champions for two consecutive seasons.
His trophy collection also includes three Ligue 1 titles, two Coupe de France trophies and three Trophée des Champions titles. He has further added European and international silverware to the club’s collection.
These achievements have helped establish Enrique as the most decorated manager in PSG’s history.
The club’s confidence in the Spanish coach was demonstrated in September 2026 when PSG announced that he had extended his contract until 2030.
That agreement suggests the French champions remain committed to his footballing philosophy and long-term project.
Enrique’s record is also particularly impressive when compared with other leading managers in Europe's top five leagues. Since his arrival in 2023, PSG report that he has registered more victories than Mikel Arteta, Pep Guardiola and Diego Simeone over the same period.
