KYLIAN MBAPPE experienced a touching moment with a young fan who was struck by a stray shot from a teammate.

The Real Madrid superstar paused to console the child after an unintentional shot from Aurelien Tchouameni, 26, hit him during the match against Racing Santander.

Supporters expressed significant worry for the young Racing fan after he took a shot to the face during the 51st minute of play.

Mbappe, 27, had already netted a penalty in the 11th minute, with additional goals from Jude Bellingham and Yan Diomande sealing a 3-0 away victory.

Following the match, the France captain was eager to address the incident on behalf of his teammate.

He took a moment in the tunnel to chat with the young fan, sharing with Real Madrid TV that Tchouameni needs to improve his shooting accuracy.

Mbappe remarked: “It’s Tchouaméni’s fault.

“He doesn’t know how to shoot.”

The child seemed to be in good spirits as he shook hands with the Real Madrid striker.

Mbappe then exchanged a high-five with the child and playfully ruffled his hair before departing.

This incident comes just days after the Frenchman narrowly missed out as Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane secured his first Ballon d’Or.

The results surprised Spanish broadcasters as Mbappe fell short by only 41 points.

The Real Madrid star faced criticism for appearing to disregard Kane at the awards ceremony.

However, Mbappe has let his performances on the field speak for themselves as he led Real Madrid to a sixth consecutive win, moving up to third place in LaLiga.
