Villarreal CF are now going to battle it out against PSG for their fourth league phase contest of the UEFA Champions League 2026-27. The Estadio de la Cerámica is all set to witness this interesting outing.

The Yellow Submarine have been quite inconsistent with their recent performances. They have only secured one win in the European competition this season. The Inigo Perez-led team lost their opening game to Dortmund, then bounced back to beat Napoli, but were outplayed by Liverpool in their last UCL fixture.

Even though Villarreal CF will be at home for their upcoming fixture, it is going to be a tough outing for them. They must not allow the visitors to take multiple chances on goal.

PSG have secured consecutive wins in their first three games of the ongoing UEFA Champions League campaign. In their recent European encounter, they secured a 4-2 victory against FC Barcelona. The Parisians are also doing well in the domestic tournaments.

Despite being away from home, PSG will be fully confident ahead of their next fixture. They will now be looking to extend their winning run to four in the Champions League.

Players to Watch

Tajon Buchanan (Villarreal)

The 27-year-old Canadian star will be looking to step up his game to give his side a chance against the French giants. Tajon Buchanan can control the midfield effectively and is also capable of helping Villarreal CF in the final third.

Mika Godts (PSG)

Mika Godts has now scored a goal in both of the last two games for Paris Saint-Germain. He will now be looking to help his side in the UEFA Champions League. Deployed on the left once again, the 21-year-old will be looking to trouble the opponent’s defence with his fast pace and the ability to cut in.
