These future stars are useful anywhere on the pitch, from goalkeepers to strikers, so there will be options below for everyone, no matter the position you're looking to fill.

The following are some of the best wonderkids in FM 27, but there are many talented young players, and more will be generated as the years go by. Furthermore, every save is its own world, and with different coaching, more or less game time, and the uncertainty of injuries, players can surpass their potential or fade into irrelevance. There's also an element of randomness with regard to a player's potential when a new save is made.

Young, established superstars such as Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi won't be included as they are already playing at an elite level and would cost absurd sums.

Make sure to give your new wonderkid signings enough game time, and if you can't, consider loaning them out.

This list is far from exhaustive, so make sure you appoint the best scouts to scour football leagues across the globe in search of more raw talent. This is especially true if you're managing a lower league side where many of these 'wonderkids' will be far beyond your budget.

What If You Can't Find These Players?

If you can't find some of these players, it is likely down to the size of your database. When setting up a new save, you decide which nations and leagues will be present, as well as choosing a desired depth. A lot of these players are currently in U18s or U21s squads, so if you've opted for a lighter database, they may not appear.

Adding more teams and players will make the game run slower, however, especially when advancing through the days, so you'll have to decide what's best for you.
