Tony D’Angelo says that he would be ‘a hundred percent open’ to returning to his ‘The Don’ character in the future.

D’Angelo is a professional wrestler who in this year saw a dramatic shift in what his character was about while competing in WWE NXT, shifting from his ‘Don’ character to one that is more similar to how he is in real life.

While speaking to Love Wrestling in a new interview, Tony D’Angelo spoke about his character change in NXT, noting that he would be open to returning to ‘The Don’ in the future.

“I’d say it worked out. So like, I’m happy with it. If there’s ever a universe where maybe we could get back to the Don stuff or maybe morph, the two, I’d be a hundred percent open to it. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed, that part of my career. But until then we’re going to keep rocking with the Master of Fate.”

Elsewhere in another recent interview, Tony D’Angelo spoke about what went into his character shift from ‘The Don.’ You can read more about that here.
