According to a report by Madrid Universal on Wednesday October 28, 2026, Jose Mourinho reportedly believes Endrick, Eduardo Camavinga and Bernardo Silva will play important roles for Real Madrid this season after their recent performances strengthened their positions in his plans.

The trio initially struggled for regular first-team opportunities. However, the Portuguese manager is increasingly finding ways to utilise their qualities as he looks to build a competitive squad capable of challenging for major trophies.

Real Madrid endured an inconsistent start to the campaign under Mourinho. However, tactical adjustments have improved their performances in recent weeks. Their victory over Barcelona has also boosted the manager’s confidence in his available options.

According to Defensa Central, Mourinho is becoming increasingly convinced that the three players can contribute significantly throughout the season. Their recent displays have given him more reasons to trust them.

Endrick was among the first to benefit from Mourinho’s changing approach. The Brazilian impressed after coming off the bench against Roma, earning a starting opportunity against Sevilla in La Liga.

Bernardo Silva and Camavinga also started against RB Leipzig, where they developed an impressive partnership. Bernardo subsequently retained his place in the starting lineup against Barcelona.

Camavinga made his contribution during the Clasico after coming on as a substitute. His decisive forward run created the opportunity for Kylian Mbappe to score the winning goal.

Following the Leipzig encounter, Mourinho praised both midfielders, explaining that Bernardo had made him forget about Arda Guler, while Camavinga had made him forget about Aurelien Tchouameni.

Mourinho wants greater competition across his squad as Real Madrid prepare for a demanding schedule. Brahim Diaz could also benefit from increased opportunities under the manager.

Bernardo could become a regular option in the double pivot, particularly with Fede Valverde operating at right-back. Camavinga offers energy and technical ability, while Endrick provides versatility across the forward line.

With domestic and European competitions approaching, Mourinho will need to rotate his players effectively. His ability to manage the squad could prove crucial to Madrid’s ambitions this season.
