According to a report by Madrid Universal on Friday October 30, 2026, Real Madrid forward Endrick is reportedly considering a possible departure during the January transfer window as his limited playing opportunities continue to create uncertainty surrounding his future at the Spanish giants.
According to reports from AS, the Brazilian youngster is unwilling to completely dismiss the possibility of leaving temporarily, with Serie A clubs AS Roma and AC Milan showing serious interest in securing his services on loan.
The 20-year-old attacker has struggled to establish himself in the first team this season, having missed the opening fixtures because of an injury sustained during pre-season preparations.
Competition for attacking positions has also made his situation increasingly difficult, restricting his opportunities under Jose Mourinho. Endrick has managed just 107 minutes across four appearances in all competitions this campaign.
Consequently, a temporary departure in January remains a realistic option as the Brazilian recognises the difficulty of securing a regular starting position at the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, Endrick has not made a final decision and reportedly wants to assess his situation after discussing his future with Mourinho, hoping to receive more opportunities before considering an exit.
Mourinho, meanwhile, remains strongly opposed to losing the talented youngster, having previously expressed his admiration for the forward and his confidence in his long-term potential.
“Endrick is a player I absolutely adore, a player I believe has huge potential and who is very important to us,” Mourinho explained when discussing the Brazilian's future.
The Portuguese manager further insisted: “Anyone interested in him will have to fight me hard, because I believe he does not need to go out on loan and that he’ll have massive success here.”
AS Roma remain interested after previously coming close to signing Endrick during the summer, although Mourinho's intervention prevented the proposed transfer from materialising.
AC Milan have also emerged as potential destinations, with the Italian club reportedly exploring another opportunity to secure the Brazilian's signature on a temporary agreement in January.
Endrick's involvement in Real Madrid's upcoming ten matches could ultimately determine his decision. The club have seven La Liga fixtures and three Champions League encounters scheduled before the mid-season break.
How frequently Mourinho selects the young forward during this important period could influence whether he remains in Madrid or pursues a loan move elsewhere to secure valuable first-team experience.
