UCL Table After Barcelona Won 3-0

According to a report by BBC SPORT on Tuesday November 3, 2026, Barcelona secured an impressive 3-0 victory over Aston Villa after delivering a commanding performance, with Lamine Yamal and Raphinha leading the Spanish side to a comfortable win.

Hansi Flick's men took control early in the encounter and maintained their attacking threat throughout the match to claim all three points.

The Catalan side made a perfect start when Yamal opened the scoring in the seventh minute. A defensive mistake from Aston Villa presented the young forward with an opportunity inside the penalty area, and he showed composure to guide the ball into the net from close range.

Barcelona continued to create opportunities as the first half progressed. Anthony Gordon tested Zion Suzuki with a dangerous effort in the 26th minute, but the Aston Villa goalkeeper produced an excellent save to keep his team in the contest. Joan Garcia also made an important contribution at the other end by denying Johan Manzambi following a promising attacking move.

Fermin Lopez came close to extending Barcelona's advantage in the 41st minute, but his header from a corner was brilliantly stopped by Suzuki. Both teams went into the break with Barcelona holding a narrow 1-0 lead.

The hosts increased their advantage seven minutes into the second half. Fermin provided the assist for Raphinha, whose effort from outside the penalty area took a deflection before beating Suzuki to make it 2-0.

Raphinha completed his brace in the 64th minute after receiving a precise pass from Joao Cancelo inside the box. The Brazilian winger kept his composure and fired a low finish into the bottom-left corner to put Barcelona firmly in control.

Aston Villa attempted to find a response, but Barcelona remained organised defensively. Leon Goretzka came particularly close to reducing the deficit in the 70th minute, only for his header from a corner to strike the right post.

Fermin also had an opportunity to score his name on the scoresheet, but Suzuki produced another excellent save to deny him. Yamal continued to threaten before the final whistle, although the goalkeeper prevented him from adding another goal.

Barcelona eventually completed a convincing 3-0 victory, with Yamal's early breakthrough and Raphinha's second-half brace proving decisive.
