Arsenal Set to Move for Two Highly Rated PL Stars With One on Man United Radar

According to reports by TEAMtalk on Thursday November 5, 2026, Arsenal are showing strong interest in two Bournemouth players as Mikel Arteta considers possible additions to his squad, with Manchester United also monitoring one of the Cherries' in-form stars.

According to an exclusive report by Graeme Bailey, Arsenal have been keeping a close eye on Bournemouth attacker Marcus Tavernier following his impressive performances this season. The 27-year-old has attracted attention from several Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, who are also monitoring his progress.

Tavernier has scored six goals in 14 appearances this season, making him one of Bournemouth's standout performers. Although he operates mainly from the left side of the attack, his ability to contribute in different positions has made him an attractive option for interested clubs.

The former Middlesbrough player can operate across the forward line and in midfield. He has also demonstrated his ability to play as a wing-back, giving his potential suitors more tactical options.

Arsenal are understood to be assessing their options as they look to strengthen the left side of their attack. Tavernier's versatility and current form have reportedly made him a player worth monitoring as Arteta considers how to improve his attacking options.

Manchester United could, however, provide competition for Arsenal if they decide to turn their interest into a formal move. Newcastle United are also long-term admirers of the Bournemouth attacker, while Tottenham Hotspur considered him during the summer transfer window.

Tavernier is not the only Bournemouth player attracting Arsenal's attention. TEAMtalk reports that the Gunners are also huge admirers of teenage forward Eli Junior Kroupi, who has impressed their recruitment team.

The north London club have been following Kroupi's development as they continue to assess Bournemouth's squad for possible transfer opportunities. His performances have reportedly placed him among the young attacking talents Arsenal are monitoring.

Arsenal have also been watching midfielder Alex Scott closely, further highlighting their interest in Bournemouth players.

The report suggests that the Gunners' recruitment team have been paying particular attention to the south-coast club, with Tavernier emerging as another player who has caught their attention.
