LaLiga Table After Real Madrid Won 3-0

According to a report by BBC SPORT on Sunday November 1, 2026, Real Madrid secured an impressive 3-0 victory over Racing Santander after delivering a dominant first-half performance in their La Liga encounter.

Kylian Mbappe opened the scoring from the penalty spot before Jude Bellingham doubled the advantage. Yan Diomande added a third goal before the interval to put the visitors firmly in control of the contest.

Real Madrid started the match with attacking intent and created several opportunities during the opening stages. Arda Guler came close to breaking the deadlock in the eighth minute, but his effort narrowly missed the target. Bellingham also threatened shortly afterwards with a header that required an excellent save from goalkeeper Julen Agirrezabala.

The breakthrough arrived in the 11th minute when Matteo Prati committed a foul inside the penalty area. The referee immediately pointed to the spot, allowing Mbappe to step forward and calmly convert his effort into the bottom corner.

Madrid continued to dominate possession and increased their advantage in the 21st minute. Guler produced an excellent pass to find Bellingham inside the penalty area, and the England international finished confidently to make it 2-0.

The visitors added their third goal in the 36th minute through Diomande. After the ball rebounded towards him outside the penalty area, the attacker unleashed a powerful strike into the top corner, leaving Agirrezabala with no chance of making a save.

Racing Santander attempted to respond after the restart, but their attacking efforts failed to produce a goal. Mbappe came close to extending Madrid's advantage in the 60th minute, only to see his effort strike the right post. Bellingham also tested the goalkeeper three minutes later.

The hosts were awarded a penalty in the 72nd minute after Aurelien Tchouameni handled the ball inside the area. However, the referee overturned his initial decision following a VAR review, allowing Madrid to escape without conceding.

Despite creating further opportunities towards the closing stages, neither side found another goal. Real Madrid eventually completed a comfortable 3-0 victory, with their three first-half goals proving decisive.
