According to a report by Fabrizio Romano on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, José Mourinho's management at Real Madrid has attracted significant attention, with the Portuguese coach reportedly making progress in bringing unity and stability to the squad.

Mourinho's return to the Santiago Bernabéu has brought renewed expectations, and his influence is increasingly being reflected in the team's performances. When he arrived, the dressing room was reportedly experiencing internal disagreements, with different groups forming among players. The situation presented a challenge for the experienced manager, who understood that building a successful team would require more than simply choosing the right starting eleven.

Instead of rushing into major decisions, Mourinho reportedly took time to observe the players, understand their relationships and assess the problems affecting the squad. His approach allowed him to understand the personalities within the dressing room before deciding how best to bring everyone together.

Despite facing a difficult beginning, the manager has reportedly made significant progress in improving the atmosphere. The aim has been to ensure that all 27 players feel involved, respected and ready to contribute whenever they are called upon. A united dressing room is particularly important for a club competing for major trophies, where competition for starting positions can sometimes create tension.

The improvement has also been reflected on the pitch. Real Madrid's reported six consecutive victories have strengthened their position in the La Liga title race, leaving them just three points behind Barcelona.

Mourinho's reported success in improving the dressing-room atmosphere could prove important as the season progresses. Maintaining unity, consistency and a winning mentality will be essential if Real Madrid are to remain competitive in the race for silverware.

For now, the club will hope that the positive atmosphere continues and that the players can maintain their impressive run of results in the coming weeks.
