Azam FC host ZED FC at 13:00 GMT on Saturday at the Azam Complex Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with a place in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup at stake.

The second preliminary-round tie is finely poised after the sides drew 1-1 in the first leg in Egypt. Neither team holds an advantage on aggregate, leaving qualification to be decided in the return match.

The fixture carries particular significance for ZED FC, who are competing in their first continental campaign. The Egyptian club are aiming to extend their run in the competition by securing a historic passage to the group stage.

Azam FC, meanwhile, will look to use home advantage and the support of their fans to settle the tie in their favour. With the aggregate score level, both sides know that a single mistake could prove decisive.

Attacking efficiency and defensive resilience are expected to play a central role as the clubs compete for qualification.
