Barça are back in action. After a full week without a competitive fixture, the league leaders host Deportivo Alavés at Spotify Camp Nou on Halloween night (9pm CET). Having put the defeats to PSG and Real Madrid behind them, Barça have another opportunity to maintain their position at the top of La Liga.

They will be looking to do so against a side that beat them at Mendizorroza last season, in a match played shortly after Barça had clinched the league title and celebrated with their victory parade. Christensen, Roony, Olmo, Eric, Koundé and Xavi Espart remain unavailable.

With those absences in mind, Hansi Flick has named the following squad: Joan García, Cancelo, Balde, Fariñas, Cubarsí, Gavi, Fermín, Pedri, G. Jesus, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Szczesny, Adeyemi, Rodrigo, Gordon, Gerard Martín, De Jong, Bernal, Livakovic, Abdelkarim, Tunkara, Guillem V. and Campos.
