Five matches are scheduled across the country on Sunday as the FKF Premier League enters another round of action, with Gor Mahia's meeting against Nairobi United attracting particular attention.
The defending champions welcome Nairobi United to Wang'uru Stadium in Kirinyaga for a 4:15pm kick-off.
Gor Mahia are seeking an immediate response after losing 2-1 to KCB in their previous match, a result that saw them surrender their position at the top of the standings.
KCB currently lead with 13 points, one ahead of Gor Mahia, who have played five matches. A win today would take K'Ogalo to 15 points and put them back in first place.
Nairobi United, however, arrive with a different objective. They are yet to register a league victory this season and will be hoping to end that run against the champions.
The two sides last met in the 2025 Mozzart Bet Cup final, where Nairobi United emerged 2-1 winners.
Earlier in the afternoon, Bandari host Tusker at KPA Sports Club in Mbaraki from 2pm.
Bandari are still searching for their first win after five matches, while Tusker will be aiming to build on their six-point start.
Three other matches begin at 3pm. Kakamega Homeboyz face Kenya Police at Bukhungu Stadium, with the hosts looking to escape the relegation zone.
Mathare United take on Posta Rangers at Moi Stadium in Embu, while Murang'a Seal welcome Ulinzi Stars to St Sebastian Park.
Homeboyz and Posta Rangers are both on four points, placing them among the bottom three alongside Mombasa United, who have just one point.
