Saka is a major injury doubt for Arsenal after suffering a left quadriceps injury. He went off after 10 minutes during Arsenal’s 2-2 UCL match v Bayern on Wednesday.

I’ve taken this from my GW7 review article. In short the numbers for GW1-7 are value for money ratings. The higher the price the more underlying stats they have to get to justify the price.

Mbeumo is the form pick but his fixtures could be better. He’s playing CF and performed in every game barring the Everton game and has the highest PPM apart from Doku.

Gibbs-White and Schade have the best entry point fixture. Schade’s fixtures after aren’t too bad. Gibbs-White aren’t great.

Szoboszlai – £6.8m Mid

Szoboszlai is out after a recurrence of a hamstring injury. He returned to the lineup for the win against Brentford in GW7 but was forced off after 32 minutes when the pre-existing muscle issue flared up again

Iraola: Iraola confirmed it is not a new injury and he hasn’t worsened the original damage, but the medical team must exercise more patience.

Again may see more on Friday but seems a sell

Again the best entry point is Schade.

Tavernier would probably be my pick though as the fixtures look pretty good. Odegaard has the Hull match in GW10. Do you really want to tie a 3rd Arsenal place with him
