John Eustace is at the end of the road at Derby County and will not be able to turn things around, according to the majority of Rams fans.
The current manager finds himself under huge pressure following a woeful start to the season.
Derby have won just one of their opening 14 Championship games this term, leaving them second-bottom on seven points.
Ahead of what could be a decisive day for Eustace’s future against Bolton Wanderers on Friday, Derbyshire Live tasked Rams fans to decide what owner David Clowes should do.
Would Eustace be able to turn things around at Pride Park? Over 2,000 supporters voted, with 59 per cent of you suggesting that the former Blackburn Rovers manager is not capable of arresting the club’s worrying slide.
Despite that, there are 31 per cent of fans who still have faith in Eustace and believe he should be given the chance to turn things around. A further 10 per cent of supporters remained unsure.

When it comes to Eustace himself, he suggested that he was in no mood to walk away from the job.
Asked if he has considered quitting, he said: "No definitely not. Listen, this is a football club I came to to help get back into the Premier League.
"And for the first 15 or 16 months, we were on track with that and there's been a setback for sure, and now we have got to find out a way to make sure that we get enough points firstly, to get to 50 points, you know, to stay in the league. And then let's reassess from there."
He added: “No, I'm not surprised [to take the Bolton game] because I work for a fantastic owner and he's got a lot of faith in me and it's an opportunity now to get three points on Friday night. And you know, it's an opportunity now to put the pride back into Derby County."
Following the clash with Bolton, Derby then have a two-week wait for their next game, with the international break bringing Championship action to a pause.
The Rams’ next away assignment is a tricky one as they go up against promotion-chasing Southampton later this month.
