During a private ceremony for players, staff and family, the kit room at the facility was officially renamed in his honour.
With a specially designed plaque, the Jonathan Humble Kit Room has been unveiled in memory of Jon and his time at the club.
LFC Women managing director Andy O’Boyle led the tributes, saying: “As we approached the first anniversary of his passing, we wanted to find a way to remember him, and this felt like a fitting tribute in his honour.
“Jon joined us as women’s kit manager last season. In a short period of time at the club, he became an important part of our team here at AXA Melwood.
“The Jonathan Humble Kit Room will act as a reminder of his hugely positive presence, and the instant impact he made here.”
Jon previously spent almost six years at Manchester United, where he worked across their women’s, academy and men’s teams.
