Esperance Tunis must overturn a 1-0 first-leg deficit against Swehly on Saturday to reach the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
The Tunisian side host the Libyan club in the second and final preliminary round at the Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi in Rades, six days after the opening match in Misrata. Esperance Tunis need to win by at least two goals to qualify without a penalty shootout.
Kick-off is at 18:00 local time in France, and 17:00 in Tunisia and Algeria.
The match will not be shown on free-to-air television in France. However, Esperance Tunis say their official YouTube channel will provide free streaming, while Watania 1 will broadcast the game free-to-air in Tunisia.
Swehly claimed a narrow advantage in the first leg after Ayoub Ayed converted a disputed penalty in the 62nd minute. Esperance Tunis were dominated for periods by a Swehly team that took its opportunity to make history in Misrata.
The Libyan side, known as the Red Knights, are seeking a first-ever qualification for the CAF Champions League group stage. Esperance Tunis, meanwhile, face the possibility of an early exit unless they can overturn the result.
A 1-0 win for the hosts would take the tie to a penalty shootout, while any victory by two or more goals would send Esperance Tunis through directly.
The home team will be without captain Youcef Belaili. The 34-year-old winger was booked for a second time after the final whistle of the first leg after strongly protesting against decisions made by Congolese referee Jean-Pierre Ngini.
That suspension removes one of Esperance Tunis' key attacking options for a match in which they must score at least twice to avoid elimination.
Failure to qualify would also bring an unwanted first for the club. Esperance Tunis have reached the final stage of the African Champions League in every season since 2017, but a defeat or a failure to overturn the deficit would end that run.
