Arizona Cardinals 33–30 Dallas Cowboys (OT)

Chad Ryland kicked a winning 42-yard field goal in overtime after missing a PAT that would have won the game with six seconds left in regulation, and the Arizona Cardinals rallied for a wild victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. The Cardinals beat Dallas for the fifth consecutive time and improved to 5-0 at AT+T Stadium, the home of the Cowboys that opened in 2009.

This was by far the most crushing of those for the Cowboys (3-5), who didn’t trail until the final kick and led by two touchdowns early in the fourth quarter. Arizona (3-5) were still in the game because Tyler Allgeier had a 63-yard touchdown run, a career long, followed by a 50-yarder to set up his second touchdown on a five-yard catch, all in the second half. He had 191 scrimmage yards (147 yards rushing, 44 receiving), all but seven coming after half-time.

The Dallas defense was having its best showing of the season before buckling in the last 16 minutes, particularly the final minute. The Cardinals went 80 yards in eight plays after taking over with 1:05 left in regulation, tying the score at 30-30 on Gardner Minshew’s 14-yard touchdown to Michael Wilson with six seconds to go. Ryland was wide left on the PAT kick after making his previous 58.

Baltimore Ravens 10-36 Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen set the franchise record for career touchdown passes and also rushed for a score and the Buffalo Bills took advantage of multiple Baltimore quarterback injuries to notch victory over the Ravens. The Ravens (4-4) lost quarterbacks Lamar Jackson (right thumb) and Tyler “Snoop” Huntley (right toe) in the first half while dropping ‌their third straight game. Jackson missed ‌the previous three games with a left ankle injury. Ravens coach Jesse Minter said after the game that Jackson needs surgery on the injured thumb and his season could be over. That’ll be a surgery deal. He’ll go to [injured reserve],” Minter said. “That’s a tough deal.”

Allen’s 11-yard scoring pass to DJ Moore with 12:18 left in the game was the 259th of his career, a mark that includes postseason play. The previous record was held by Hall of Famer Jim Kelly, who threw 237 in the regular season and 21 in the postseason for the Bills. Allen later threw a second touchdown pass and was 21-of-34 passing for 289 yards and one interception as Buffalo (6-1) won their third straight game. James Cook III rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown for Buffalo.

Minnesota Vikings 15–19 Detroit Lions

Jared Goff threw a go-ahead, seven-yard touchdown pass to Jameson Williams with 4:35 left and the Detroit Lions beat the Minnesota Vikings, handing the NFL’s last undefeated team their first loss. The Lions (5-2) have won three straight, including their first two division games in the tight NFC North. The Vikings (6-1) had a chance to stay unbeaten, but the league’s stingiest defense couldn’t hold on to a late lead, and they lost for the first time since 30 November 2025. The Lions lost All-Pro linebacker to a neck injury and he was taken to hospital. Campbell was placed on a backboard and carted off the field early in the fourth quarter. Lions coach Dan Campbell said he did not have any additional information after the game. “We’re thinking about him,” he said.

Atlanta Falcons 0-16 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Baker Mayfield didn’t complete a pass but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Atlanta Falcons behind Bucky Irving and Kenny Gainwell’s rushing on a wet, sloppy field. The Buccaneers set a team record for yards rushing in a game with 324, and became the first team to have zero completions since Buffalo in September 1974. Irving ran for 170 yards and a touchdown on 27 carries, Gainwell ran for 140 on 25 carries and Chase McLaughlin kicked three field goals to stay perfect this season. Mayfield was 0 for 3 passing. Atlanta’s Michael Penix Jr threw four interceptions. Both teams are 3-5.

Cleveland Browns 6–27 Pittsburgh Steelers

Jaylen Warren tied a career high with 143 rushing yards and a touchdown on his 28th birthday to lead the Pittsburgh Steelers to victory over the Cleveland Browns. The Steelers moved into first place all alone at 6-2 after beating the Browns at home for the 23rd straight time in the regular season, tying an NFL record. The Steelers dominated the line of scrimmage, rushing for 200 yards, including 160 in the first half alone. Cleveland quarterback Deshaun Watson spent most of the day under heavy pressure. The Steelers sacked Watson eight times to drop the Browns to 5-3.

Tennessee Titans 36–43 Cincinnati Bengals (OT)

Joe Burrow threw five touchdown passes in regulation and then scrambled untouched for a nine-yard score in overtime as the Cincinnati Bengals rallied for a thrilling victory over the Tennessee Titans. Cincinnati have won three straight and are 5-2 for the first time since the 2021 season, when they reached the Super Bowl. The Bengals got the ball first in OT and went 70 yards in five plays. Tennessee took over but could not get a first down. Cam Ward had the first 300-yard passing game of his two-year career but threw incomplete on fourth down to end the contest. The Titans (1-7) took an early 13-0 lead, and the fourth quarter featured three lead changes and a tie.

Indianapolis Colts 7–42 Jacksonville Jaguars

Trevor Lawrence threw three touchdown passes, including one to the previously benched receiver Brian Thomas Jr, and the Jacksonville Jaguars dominated the Indianapolis Colts in the rain to extend their home winning streak in the series to 12. Lawrence also connected with Bhayshul Tuten in the third quarter and rookie Nate Boerkircher on a 31-yarder in an opening half filled with big plays for the 5-2 Jaguars. It came five days after the 2-6 Colts traded two of their best players, defensive tackle DeForest Buckner and longtime guard Quenton Nelson, to kickstart a rebuilding effort.

Las Vegas Raiders 38–33 New York Jets

Kirk Cousins threw two of his three touchdown passes in the second half and ran for another score to lead the Las Vegas Raiders to a comeback victory over the New York Jets. Cousins completed 19 of 26 passes for 247 yards as the Raiders (4-4) stopped a four-game skid, erasing a pair of nine-point deficits by scoring 17 of the game’s final 20 points. Las Vegas ended a streak of 12 straight losses when trailing at half-time. The Jets (2-6) scored on their first six possessions but frequently stalled in the red zone
