NC State football hosts California at Carter-Finley Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 31 (Noon ET, ACC Network).

The Wolfpack (3-4, 1-3 ACC) will play their first game under interim head coach Todd Goebbel after Dave Doeren was fired Oct. 24 following 13½ seasons in Raleigh. NC State is looking to snap a two-game losing streak after falling 31-28 at Stanford last week and 38-14 to Wake Forest at home the week before.

The Golden Bears (3-5, 2-3) are also looking to avoid a three-game losing skid, falling to Wake Forest, 41-7, and SMU, 59-20 in consecutive weeks.

Saturday's matchup will be just the second meeting between the programs and first in Raleigh. NC State leads the series 1-0 after earning a 24-23 road victory in Berkeley in 2024.
