The 29-year-old has been a regular starter for Reading FC this season after a lengthy absence since re-signing for the club last season. He has now been called up by Zimbabwe for second time this year for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers fixtures against Equatorial Guinea in November.
This means that the midfielder could potentially miss out the Jersey Mike's trophy fixture against Bristol Rovers and the League One fixture against Stockport County on November 10 and 14 respectively.
Rinomhota returned to international duty in September after being forced to withdraw from last year's AFCON competition due to family reasons.
He wrote on social media at the time: "I wish to inform the public that I have had to withdraw from the Zimbabwe Men's National Team camp, effective immediately, due to an urgent family matter that requires my full personal attention."
Since his return on the international stage, the midfielder has played in both Zimbabwe's AFCON qualifiers in a 3-2 win against Sierra Leone and a 2-1 loss to DR Congo - starting both games.
Zimbabwe currently sit 2nd in Group E with 12 points still up for grabs to try and secure a position in the competition. In nine of the 12 groups, the teams finishing first and second will qualify directly for the finals.
The exception involves Groups D, H and L. Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, respectively, are already guaranteed places at AFCON 2027 as co-hosts.
The final two rounds of the qualifier are from March 22 to 30, 2027 - where Zimbabwe will play the second fixtures against Sierra Leone and DR Congo.
By the end of that final window, the full 24-team field will be known. AFCON 2027 itself will run from June 19 to July 17, 2027, across Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, the first three-country hosting arrangement in tournament history.
