'You can mark Delap out of the game' - Wark

Ipswich Town host Nottingham Forest on Friday with Oliver Glasner's side aiming to climb out of the relegation zone.

Forest are 19th and have lost four of their seven league games so far this season.

The Tractor Boys are four points and 10 places higher in the table and will be looking to get back to winning ways after a narrow defeat against Manchester City.

Ipswich legend John Wark, speaking to BBC Radio Suffolk, said: "It's not what it looks like, where they [Forest] are in the league and they only lost 1-0 to Arsenal.

"It's going to be a difficult game but we're at home and these are the sorts of games we've got to get something out of it."

On former striker Liam Delap returning to Portman Road, he added: "He's a decent player but I still think you can mark him out of the game. Hopefully that is going to happen.

"Delap's one of them who will be trying to score against us."
