Kevin Kisner has revealed that Tiger Woods intends to play a full schedule in the next season of TGL after being cut from the arena golf league.

Kisner was a member of Woods' Jupiter Links team for the first two seasons of TGL, but he has been removed from the roster ahead of the third season, which begins in December. The four-time PGA Tour winner, who is NBC's lead golf analyst, has been replaced by Keith Mitchell.

TGL announced this week that it had expanded its teams' rosters from four to five players, with Ryan Fox, Si Woo Kim and Blades Brown among the new additions. Shane Lowry has also been traded to Rory McIlroy's Boston Common Golf Club.

Kisner, 42, insists he has no hard feelings about being moved aside, and he let slip that 15-time major champion Woods plans to play plenty of TGL matches.

The 50-year-old played just one match last season, Match 2 of the TGL Finals against Los Angeles Golf Club, as he made his comeback from back surgery. Jupiter Links lost the match and the series.

It is the only semblance of competitive golf that Woods has played in 2026 after pleading no contest to charges of reckless driving and refusing a test following a rollover car crash in March. Woods was not injured, but he stepped back from public life and spent numerous weeks in a Swiss rehab facility.

Clips of him hitting shots have emerged on social media in recent weeks, and it seems a return to TV screens is not far away.

"Rob, Tiger's guy, he texted me a long text last week, just to tell me what they did on their decisions, how they were moving around and what players were going to do and that Tiger wanted to play a full schedule," Kisner said on the 'Fore Play Podcast.'

He added: "Obviously, I'm not on the team anymore. I had a two-year contract with Jupiter Links, and then they wanted to go — Tiger wants to play, and then they wanted to sign Keith Mitchell, which is totally fine with me. It gives me a chance to hang out in January and February instead of flying back and forth to Palm Beach every Monday.

"Keith will be great on Jupiter Links, and I'm sure I'll still be involved in some sort of fashion at some point, go down there and do some stuff for him.

"I talked to a bunch of the guys this past week before the rosters came out. We all talked about everything going on. So all good from my end.

"You know, the Bad News Bears are still going to be a part of my life, and hopefully they continue to win. I think I might even have some equity in the team or something from playing. So I hope they continue to win and make a bunch of money."
