The final weekend, on October 10 and 11, decided several overall places by the narrowest margins.
Sheena Berney, commodore of Blackwater Sailing Club, said: "The Grand Prix series is a great example of what makes the BSC such a special Club.

"It encouraged members of all abilities to get out on the water and take part – some 200 sailors raced at least once.
"This finale showed just how exciting and competitive the series can be right to the last race.

"Just as importantly it brings our sailing community together and celebrates the enthusiasm and commitment of members.
"Congratulations to all our winners and everyone who took part."
The series ran across 11 events over six weekends.

Unlike a traditional regatta, the series had no discard, so every race counted and consistency mattered.
Julie Nelson had already won the Short Course title, with Tracy Haigh second.
Third place was still open, with cadets Oliver Keeble, Victor Iszatt and Kiley Gooch separated by five points.

The General Handicap series was even tighter.
With leader Jonny Garlick unable to compete, Jon Simpson, Gill Callander, Rob Carver and Mike Smith were all title contenders.
Saturday’s racing included the Dyer Cup, with gusts nearing 30 knots as the main fleet headed for the Doctor, a mark off Osea Island.

Wind against tide produced choppy seas and a string of capsizes.
Short Course sailors escaped the worst of it, with Oliver Keeble winning decisively in his Optimist.
Sunday’s final General Handicap event featured two races, double points and no discard, putting every competitor under pressure.

An aggressive start triggered a general recall, followed by two closely fought races in shifting winds.
The final results were:
General Handicap: Jon Simpson first, Gill Callander second, Rob Carver third.
Short Course: Julie Nelson first, Oliver Keeble second, Kiley Gooch third.
