The 2026 WNBA Finals between the Atlanta Dream and the Golden State Valkyries don't feature any of this season's first-team All-WNBA players.
Las Vegas Aces center A'ja Wilson follows up her historic fifth league MVP award with her sixth first-team All-WNBA honor, NBC announced in its pregame show for Game 4 of the Finals on Saturday, Oct. 24. Wilson is joined by Minnesota Lynx guard and 2026 Rookie of the Year Olivia Miles, along with New York Liberty forward Breanna Stewart. Miles, Stewart and Wilson's teams were all swept in their exits from the 2026 playoffs.
Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell, backcourt duo for the Indiana Fever — which was ousted in the first round by the Aces — rounded out the first team.
The Atlanta Dream is two wins away from the organization's first league after winning its first Finals game behind forward Angel Reese, who was named the 2026 Defensive Player of the Year. Reese and Dream teammate Rhyne Howard are both featured on the All-WNBA second team.
The voting results are a reminder of the defensive identity of these Finals, which feature six of 10 players named to the WNBA All-Defensive teams.
