Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka was seen walking without assistance following the 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich on Wednesday night.
The 25-year-old picked up a quad injury and was forced off the pitch with just 10 minutes played at the Allianz Arena, but The Sun reporter Simon Collings shared a video of the winger following the final whistle:

Supporters on X are hoping that, as the forward managed to walk unaided, the injury isn’t as bad as first feared:
@sr_collings No crutches is a big deal, hopefully just a strain for 4-6 weeks. Not great but was worried for acl

@sr_collings Walking unaided is a good sign

@sr_collings Aww man, looks positive and maybe just a grade 1 with rest and a bit of rehab needed

@sr_collings I reckon he’s out till after the international break.

Speaking in his post-match interview, manager Mikel Arteta was downbeat about the chances of the England international making a swift return to action:
“They (medical staff) are a bit concerned. A player that has to come off with a really sharp pain is never good news. But we have to wait and see.”
Arteta then added a bit more detail in the post-match news conference, saying: “It does not look good at all. It’s his quad.”
It is important not to make any definite conclusions, but the fact that Arteta confirmed that it was a quad injury means an absence of 1 to 2 months is likely.
On the optimistic side, Saka could be targeting a return after the next international break, meaning he would be sidelined for up to 5 fixtures, including three Premier League games against Everton (h), Liverpool (a) and Hull City (h), as well as the Carabao Cup fourth round tie versus Fleetwood Town and the Champions League match against Slavia Prague.
If he is out for longer – until early to mid-December – then the forward could also be ruled out for Newcastle (a), Borussia Dortmund (h), Manchester City (h), Brentford (a) and potentially the North London derby.
