Williams (groin) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Wizards.
Williams is a late addition to the injury report due to right groin soreness, so his status will be worth monitoring leading up to the 8:00 p.m. ET tipoff. He has yet to appear in a regular-season game, so his absence wouldn't have much of an impact on the Bulls' bench rotation.
