Heledd Williams and teammate Denise Leonard, part of the Merched y Môr team, will speak at Canolfan Bethlehem in Newport, Pembrokeshire, on Tuesday, October 27.

They will recount their journey as the first all-Welsh female crew to row across the Atlantic Ocean.

The four-woman team completed the 3,000-mile challenge in 50 days, 14 hours, and 43 minutes as part of the World's Toughest Row.

The pair will share the real story behind their epic adventure.

Through personal anecdotes, stunning ocean photos, and exclusive footage, they will reveal how friendship and iron willpower kept them moving through the ultimate test of human endurance.
